How do I hire a Genie?

1. Sign up for a free account at remotegenies.com.
2. Create a task — describe what you need done, timeline, and budget.
3. Get matched or review bids from qualified Genies.
4. Select your Genie and fund the project (Wishcoins are used for payment).
5. Collaborate inside the platform using chat, file sharing, and time tracking.
6. Approve the task when satisfied — then the Genie gets paid.

Payments & Plans 💵

What are Wishcoins?

Wishcoins are RemoteGenies’ internal credits used to pay for tasks. You can purchase them securely through Stripe using your preferred payment method.

Your Genie’s rate is based on Wishcoins per hour — rates vary by skill level and experience.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer:
✅ Pay-As-You-Go – buy Wishcoins only when you need them (valid for 30 days).
✅ Advanced Plan (Monthly/Annual) – ideal for frequent users with rollover credits.
✅ Top-Tier Plan – for businesses needing premium, specialized Genies.

All payments are secure and processed through Stripe.

Are payments safe?

Yes. RemoteGenies uses escrow protection — your funds are held safely until you approve the completed task. Genies are only paid once you’re satisfied.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

If something doesn’t meet expectations, you can request revisions or open a dispute within 7 days of task completion. Our support team will review both sides and help resolve the issue fairly.

Do Wishcoins expire?

Pay-As-You-Go: Valid for 30 days from purchase.
‍Advanced / Top-Tier Plans: Credits roll over for up to 4–6 months depending on your plan.

If you top up before your current credits expire, the new credits combine but follow the original expiry date.

How do you ensure data privacy and confidentiality?

What happens if a Genie stops responding?

You can report inactivity to our support team. If the task is incomplete or abandoned, funds in escrow can be refunded or reassigned to a new Genie.

Billing & Account 🧾

Can I get an invoice for my purchases?

Yes — all Wishcoin purchases and subscriptions generate downloadable invoices in your Billing dashboard.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your Billing page.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle, and your remaining Wishcoins stay valid until expiry.
