How fast can I start?

For common roles, matching can happen within 24–48 hours. Your coordinator will align timelines before kickoff.

Who manages the work?

You and your Genie collaborate directly. A project coordinator stays in the loop to keep deliverables on time and up to standard.

How do rates work?

Genies have a WishCoin per-hour rate based on their skills and experience. You only pay for the hours you approve.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. Funds are held while work is completed. If there’s no dispute after delivery, the task is marked done and released.

Is this only for one-off tasks?

Start small or scale up. Many clients extend tasks or rehire the same Genie for ongoing work.

Do you really pre-vet?

Yes. Skills tests, assessments, and final screening. Only top candidates become Genies.
