What it screens:

IDs, plus optional background data checks on Premium. It does not assess skills. That is explicitly your job.

Where it wins:

you run the whole process. A Pro job post can pull 200 applications and the quality varies enormously. There is no coordinator, no account manager, no support after hiring, and no payment protection, because payment happens off the platform. If your hire goes quiet in month three, that is entirely your problem.

Where it doesn't:
